We first bought into the timeshare experience back in 1986, after visiting several locations. We came upon a beautiful area in the mountains of Northwest Georgia, just a little over an hour from our home in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
We started out in 'White Time' (least expensive) during the month of November. After several years, we upgraded to 'Red Time' (most expensive) and now we enjoy knowing that every year, beginning on the 23rd Saturday of the year, we are headed to one of the most peaceful and breathtaking views in the southeast.
Our Villa is located in Ellijay, Georgia at the Coosawattee River Resort. Over the years, they have had several name changes but now the property is managed by the Coosawattee River Resort Association.

After paying for and owning our week for the past number of years, we are ready to let it go so someone else may enjoy it and begin to collect their own memories of the resort.
On this site, you will see some pictures of the villa we are selling. If you are familiar with how timeshares work, you know that you 'buy' a certain week or weeks at a resort and that same week is yours for as long as you maintain the rules associated with it, i.e. Property Owners Association Dues and Maintenance Fees. There may be some other fees associated with your week depending on your need and those can be found listed at the above website.
The one advantage you have over us is that we are the ones who actually paid off our one week, over a period of time, so you will not have to worry about making monthly payments. We are simply selling the timeshare week at a specific price...all you have to do once you purchase it from us is pay the above dues and fees each year. The CRRA will assist you in that area.
Seems a lot of folks aren't buying timeshares lately, so we are willing to let you offer us what you want.
ABOUT VILLA 106
Villa 106 is located on one end of 3 other timeshares...with a fourth being a private residence. It is 2 levels with a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, trash compactor and all the utensils you will need to cook your favorite meals, on the bottom floor.
3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Washer/Dryer, Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, Fireplace, Cable TV, Telephone, One of the living room sofas pulls out to sleep 2. Unit sleeps 8 people.
The first floor also has a spacious dining room, a living room with 2 sofas, fireplace, cable television, a jacuzzi tucked between the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with tub, a laundry closet complete with washer and dryer and glass doors that open up to the back deck. From the master bedroom you are also able to access the jacuzzi.
The upstairs floor has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and overlooks the living room below. There are also 2 windows that look out over the north Georgia mountains and the river below. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and a window that looks out over the front of the villa. These upstairs bedrooms share a complate bath with tub.
The back deck encompasses the entire length of the villa, with a picnic table and a barbecue grill to enjoy grilling your favorites under the north Georgia stars. At night, all you hear is the sound of the river below and the crickets in the trees.
The Recreation Center has several amenities including the large indoor heated pool, men/women shower rooms, an exercise equipment workout room, a game room, outside tennis courts, basketball court and a mini-golf course. There is also a snack bar and a television area with tables that you can enjoy your snacks after a dip in the pool.
During the week, there are numerous activites in which the kids can participate, as well as the whole family.
